EMPOWER – Women’s Self-Defense Workshop

As part of our #SaferChennai, AWARE’s NoMoreNirbhaya Team is partnering with The Book Office, Adyar towards a mission on empowering girls and women through an initiative called EMPOWER. Through Empower, we wanted to ensure the safety of every girl and woman in the city of Chennai and train them to facilitate similar workshops for Girls in Schools and Colleges and Women in workplaces and communities
